WHO SERVES ON THE BOARD?
The Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisonburg meets at regularly scheduled times at Tradition's Family Restaurant. In addition to these regular meetings, the Board can be called into special session by the President. Members of the board are elected to three-year terms in a staggered format so that a majority of the board always has more than one year of board service. Board meetings are informal yet always conform to the rules and procedures stipulated by Robert's Rules of Order.
The Board of Directors consists of the seven officers of the club along with elected officers
